The justice court handles criminal cases where punishment may be by fine only, as well as evictions and other civil disputes up to $10,000.  Precinct 3 handles about 25,000 cases per year.

Mr. Barré is working to rejuvenate basic American values such as Freedom, Personal Responsibility, Justice, Courage, and Faith.  He has entered the treacherous swamp of politics, but he is following the trail blazed by men like Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Patrick Henry, James Madison, and William B. State law requires candidates for Justice of the Peace to use best efforts to obtain, maintain, and report the full name and address of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $50 in a reporting period. State law prohibits contributions from corporations.
